Shipping, Delivery, and International Customs Policy
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
At Zentic, every timepiece undergoes a rigorous quality control process before leaving our distribution centers.

Handling Time: Please allow 1-5 business days for our engineers to verify, pack, and process your order.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system. Changes to shipping addresses or order specifications must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
2. Global Shipping Timelines
To maintain our competitive pricing and global availability, Zentic utilizes international logistics networks.

Standard Delivery: Due to high demand and strict customs clearance procedures, our estimated delivery window is 15-30 business days.

Delays: While we strive for punctuality, Zentic is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, global health crises, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.
3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (The "Zero Risk" Clause)
By purchasing from Zentic, you acknowledge that you are the Importer of Record.

Liability: Zentic is NOT responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

Payment: All additional fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Non-Compliance: If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unexpected customs fees, or if the customer fails to pay local taxes, the package may be abandoned or returned. In such cases, Zentic will not issue a refund for the original shipping costs or the product value.
4. Tracking and Delivery Integrity

Tracking Numbers: All orders are assigned a unique tracking ID once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment status.

Incorrect Address: Zentic is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the local postal service, Zentic’s liability ends. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
5. Product Appearance and Technical Specifications
Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of mechanical movements, minor visual variations in watch finishing may occur. Technical specifications provided are based on manufacturer data.
